St. Joe’s
Library is not a library for those looking for a stereotypical institution.
It is a hub of activity with: classes working on research assignments,
students working on computers, chess and scrabble being played, students
artwork and projects being exhibited, small groups getting together to
prepare for tests, and quiet corners grabbed by those who wish to read
silently.
You will
find frequent changes upon the bulletin boards as new themes begin to pop
up, while new books and resources often arrive on a weekly basis; so visit
the library frequently in order to be a part of the most interesting place
in the school.
I, your teacher-librarian, Ms. Longo, will be very happy to
assist teachers, students and parents Monday to Friday from 7:00 am- 3:00
pm.
